Here i am prefabricating one of the four SIP's
I use 5/8 fir ply outside with 2" eps foam and 5/16 hardwood ply inside.
They are glued together using an exterior carpet glue and pressed with heavy weights. All seams are staggered and I have used H clips on the exterior ply.
